Terms and Conditions
HOW TO ORDER
Ordering is via our secure online system, fax or telephone.
All online orders are confirmed via email.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST.
Delivery charges apply.
Send A Gourmet Basket accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners, cheque or EFT.
If paying by cheque or EFT your order will not be processed until the funds are cleared in Send A Gourmet Basket’s bank account.
Corporate Accounts are welcome. Please contact Send A Gourmet Basket on (08) 8362 8818.
Christmas orders require a 50% deposit unless prior arrangement has been made with Send A Gourmet Basket.
DELIVERY POLICY
Local deliveries are Monday to Saturday (public holidays excluded)
SA Country and Interstate deliveries are Monday to Friday (public holidays excluded)
- Overnight to 5 days depending on destination
Orders must be received by 10.00am for same day delivery or contact Send A Gourmet Basket on (08) 8362 8818.
Orders received after 10.00am will be dispatched on the next business day unless delivery date is specified.
You are most welcome to collect your order from Send A Gourmet Basket or arrange for your order to be collected by your own courier.
Send A Gourmet Basket cannot be responsible for delivery delays beyond our control. Delivery times can only be estimated.
Delivery address must be either a business or residential address. No Post Office boxes.
Redelivery charges apply to incorrectly addressed orders, or if no-one is available to sign for the order and it is unable to be left.
REPLACEMENT POLICY
If any item is unavailable the replacement item will be of equal or greater value.
In extreme hot weather some chocolates and perishable products will be replaced with more suitable items.
If your order is damaged or tampered with please contact Send A Gourmet Basket immediately.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel your order please telephone Send A Gourmet Basket (08) 8362 8818.

We use the information we collect about you (either specific or in aggregate) to help us:
Deliver your order to you.

Provide and change services and billing.
Answer your enquiries.

The information we collect about you is sourced directly from information you input when creating a login account in our online store, or ordering products from our online store.
The information we require as mandatory information to be able to provide you with a high level of customer service includes first and last name, address, city, state/province, zip/postal code, country, daytime phone and email.
We may also use the information we collect about you to send you information on our products and services.
Please note that you will only be sent this information if, at the checkout point of our store, you have specifically stated that you wish to be on our Mailing List.
In all correspondence that is sent, you will be given the opportunity to opt out at the start and at each point of contact.
For example, if we send you marketing information via email, you will be given the opportunity to opt out using email.

Take reasonable steps to protect personal information from loss, unauthorised use, modification or disclosure.
